I really like your site and how simple it is, your artwork’s really nice too. Reminds me of the illustrations you’d find by surprise in a mostly written novel… Can’t wait to see when its updated!!

For anyone interested in how I made my site, I started teaching myself html with the help of the site https://htmlforpeople.com/
I’ve still got a lot to learn, but so far it’s not as hard as I thought it would be! If you want to give making your own website from scratch a go, I highly recommend giving it a shot. The lessons on htmlforpeople.com are easy to follow. Neocities is a good place to host your site for free while you’re learning too, before worrying about buying a domain and paying for a hosting service.
I want to learn css as well, and maybe even javascript eventually. For my current site, the css styling you see is a free css I got at https://simplecss.org/ It was recommended in one of the lessons on htmlforpeople. There are other free css styles around the web you can download and try out too. As I start to learn css, I’ll eventually modify mine to something a little more to my personal liking!
